Assistant Project Manager

A growing multifamily construction company is hiring an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to work on high‑profile multifamily developments. The role offers high autonomy and direct mentorship by senior executives. Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 3+ years of multifamily construction experience Experience supporting wrap‑style multifamily or podium construction projects Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Knowledge of Florida construction regulations, permitting, and inspections Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment EEO Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
