Job Details Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admission to the New York State Bar, in good standing 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate finance transactions Demonstrated experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine financing matters Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including loan documents and ancillary agreements Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive work ethic Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Interested in hearing more?
