Must be able to identify and report the need for repairs, and unsafe conditions and respond appropriately in emergenciesUses cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and per instructionsPerforms special tasks, which may be chargeable to the resident upon instruction of the SupervisorCleans interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basisUses carpet-cleaning equipment and performs carpet care as instructedMakes and/or changes resident beds as scheduledAll Employees must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed residential care facility.
