Provide essential patient care support in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Assist with activities of daily living, ensuring patient comfort and hygiene. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming.
- Prepare and set up meals to meet patients' dietary needs.
- Support patients with mobility and other personal care tasks.
- Float between two floors, adapting to departmental needs as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with facility protocols.
- Certification as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) required.
- Demonstrate compassionate patient care skills.
- Ability to perform ADLs efficiently and safely.
- Flexibility to float between different wards or floors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
