Ophthalmic Technician

Job Description Job Description We are a busy ophthalmology practice in LaGrange and Melrose Park.. We are looking for an experienced ophthalmic technician who can take patient histories, check vision, pressures (NCT, to open, applanation), refractions, OCT imaging, and visual fields, assist with minor procedures, sending out prescriptions, and triaging phone calls. Must be willing to travel when needed, to all locations. If you are a "people person", have excellent communication skills, can multitask, and believe in teamwork, then this is the right place for you Great benefits package for full-time employees including life, health, dental and 401K. Other benefit package highlights include a uniform allowance and an allowance towards continuing education. Pay commensurate with experience.
