Job Summary
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The successful candidate will work closely with product teams and stakeholders to design solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather design requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interactive design mockups.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and usability best practices.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Support product development efforts from concept through implementation.
- Stay informed on emerging design trends and technologies.
