The Insurance Sales & Service role is integral to a small sales team focused on providing clients with property and casualty insurance as well as life insurance products. This position emphasizes client acquisition, policy sales, and delivering outstanding customer service without requiring travel. Success in this role is measured through sales volume, policy retention, and customer satisfaction, supported by tools such as Salesforce and a custom internal system.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and manage existing customer relationships
• Sell property, casualty, and life insurance policies
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support
• Cross-sell related insurance products to maximize coverage
• Prepare and manage policy documentation accurately
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Insurance Agent License
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• We will only consider candidates who have had a Property & Causality License within the last 2 years
