POSITION SUMMARY

• Lead the technical development and coordination of commercial architectural projects.

• Control the architectural model and construction-document set while coordinating consultants and BIM production staff.

• Maintain technical quality and resolve coordination issues before they affect project delivery.

POSITION PROFILE

• Experience: 4-7 years of professional architectural experience.

• Project Type: Significant commercial architecture experience required.

• Primary Focus: Technical coordination, drawing-set management, and BIM team direction.

• Core Tools: Advanced Autodesk Revit and strong Bluebeam Revu skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead architectural BIM and construction-document development from design development through construction administration.

• Develop and review plans, RCPs, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and specification-related information.

• Direct BIM Technicians and production staff; assign tasks, review work, and verify completion.

• Coordinate architectural documentation with structural, MEP, interior -design, and other consultants.

• Identify and resolve cross-discipline conflicts, dimensional discrepancies, constructability issues, and incomplete information.

• Use Revit and Bluebeam Revu for coordination, overlays, redlines, QA/QC, and technical documentation.

• Develop and review architectural details, assemblies, openings, ceiling conditions, transitions, and light -gauge/cold-formed steel

framing interfaces.

• Support code, accessibility, life-safety, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and field coordination under Project Manager direction.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field preferred.

• 4-7 years of recent architectural experience with significant commercial -project experience.

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction documents and directing BIM/production staff.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM workflows.

• Strong proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for document review, overlays, redlines, coordination, and QA/QC.

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction, architectural assemblies, detailing, and construction-document standards.

• Ability to coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, interior-design, and consultant information.

• Working knowledge of light-gauge/cold-formed steel framing and its interface with architectural assemblies.

• Strong technical problem-solving, organization, delegation, and quality-control skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• AutoCAD experience.

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) or similar common-data environments.

• Experience with large commercial BIM models, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and field coordination.
