A fantastic opportunity awaits for Speech-Language Pathologists to support preschool and Child Find services in a vibrant educational setting near Avondale, AZ. This full-time contract position will allow you to make a meaningful impact in early intervention while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals. Assignments begin August 3, 2026, and continue through the end of May 2027, with some flexibility in dates.

You’ll work onsite in a school environment, providing direct assessment and intervention services to preschoolers. Caseloads are thoughtfully balanced: some SLPs may focus more on evaluations (with smaller caseloads), while others will handle greater numbers with fewer evaluations. This flexibility ensures you can play to your strengths and chart your preferred work style.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Current SLP Educator Certificate
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be valid and present)
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school-based SLP, especially with preschool populations, is highly valued
• Strong assessment, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and eligibility assessments for preschool and Child Find programs
• Deliver therapeutic services, targeting communication and speech/language development
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support IEP and eligibility requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
• Participate actively in child find screenings and team meetings
