Position Overview Project Kids School Aged Child Care – Site Lead Days: Full Year (261 days) Hours: 8 hours/day, Split Shifts Compensation/Benefits: Unaffiliated Tier II d Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 4-year degree preferred First Aid and CPR certified or ability to become certified within 60 days of hire 1–2 years of supervising children preferred 1–2 years of supervising staff preferred Responsibilities Provide a high‑quality before‑ and after‑school program for children kindergarten through grade 6, ensuring a fun, educational, and recreational environment. Lead daily operations, supervise children and staff, and create a safe, nurturing setting that promotes independence, community, and engagement. Design and facilitate educational and recreational activities based on children’s interests, encouraging participation and idea sharing. Support children’s learning through conversation, homework help, and guidance, fostering positive relationships and ensuring academic and social success.
