The Lutheran Home Skilled Nursing is seeking dedicated nurses who prefer increased earnings through our Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB) program. In this full-time role, you'll be a key member of our nursing team, helping residents maintain their highest level of health, comfort, and independence in a supportive long-term care environment.
