Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to ensure patient care meets professional standards, agency policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate, plan, and monitor patient care services to promote positive clinical outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, families, referral partners, field clinicians, and office personnel.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and departmental performance goals.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain and promote workplace safety standards.
- Encourage staff growth through coaching, education, and professional development opportunities.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Home health experience required.
- Two or more years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
