Quick Facts:

• Location: Venice, Los Angeles, CA (604 Rose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90291)
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• End Date: 04/19/2027
• Schedule: 3 days per week, 8-hour days (08:00 - 17:00), with some evenings (1-2/week)
• Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday
• Hours/Week: Approximately 24-30 hours
• Employment Type: Locum or Part-Time
• License/Certifications: CA Medical License, BLS, ACLS, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in family/internal medicine, Spanish language skills preferred
• Start Date: Upon credentialing (estimated 3-4 months from application)
• Note: W-2 employment with support staff including Medical Assistants, RNs, LVNs, Behavioral Health on-site, and Epic EMR support

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $171.60

What You'll Do:

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population, averaging 18 patients per day
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health, nurses, and administrative staff
• Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements
• Participate in a flexible schedule to support clinic needs
• Ensure high-quality patient care in a busy community clinic setting

What You Need:
Required:

• CA medical license and DEA license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in primary care
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Fluency or proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
• Clean malpractice history; no major claims

Preferred:

• Experience with Epic EMR
• Knowledge of community health issues
