Duties include greeting patients, visitors, performing initial security assessment and determining the business reason for entering the hospital/clinic and providing courteous assistance and directions. This is an entry level position requiring excellent customer service skills. It is highly visible, requiring discretion, good judgment, a pleasant and professional manner and articulate. Has internal and external contacts. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
