Cath Lab RN

Job Details:

• 4x10 day shift schedule, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred
• Previous charge experience required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Types of cases include Right and Left Heart Cath Diagnostic, PCI, Complex PCI, CTO, ASA, PFO/ASD, MitralClip, Watchman, PTMV, TAVR, Peripheral, and Vascular
• 5 Cath Lab rooms plus Hybrid OR
• On-call required: 1-2 nights per week, one weekend in a six-week period, holiday call possible
• Patient age groups: Adults and Geriatrics
• Daily census of 23 patients
• Self-scheduling type
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Radiation badge must be provided by agency
• South Carolina or multi-state/compact license required at start of contract
• Required skills: Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Scrub Procedures
• Interdisciplinary support available including Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Rapid Response Teams, and Pharmacy
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission

Facility:

This facility features a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory with five dedicated procedure rooms plus a Hybrid OR, capable of handling a wide range of complex cardiovascular procedures. The unit supports a daily census of 23 patients and is backed by robust interdisciplinary support services including respiratory, pharmacy, interpretation services, and rapid response teams. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and employs a self-scheduling model to support staff efficiency.
