You model exceptional service, have a strong understanding of dining operations, and bring enthusiasm to training and supporting team members while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents. Responsibilities Serve meals to residents in their rooms and dining area in a friendly and timely manner by following all regulations regarding special diets. Set up meal trays and dining room as instructed. Distribute and collect menus as necessary. Complete daily cleaning duties as outlined in daily lists to ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the meal service. Restock food and supplies in preparation for the next meal service. Clear and reset tables. Perform dishwashing/cleaning procedures, ensuring utensils and other items are readily available for the next meal. Requirements Some High School education. Some prior experience in a related food service position preferred. Possess a customer service background and orientation.
