We areseeking a Neonatology Physician to join one of our Level IV NICU team ona full-time basis in New Brunswick, NJ.

OpportunityHighlights:

• Schedule: Full Time mix of day shifts with five-six 24-hour shifts/month.
• Areas of Coverage: Vary based on the needs of the division, however, will mainly include Delivery Room coverage attending vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, Primary patient management in the NICU, Rounding with residents, fellows, NNPs, and PAs, Providing consults in the Pediatric ER, Antenatal consults, and follow-up clinic coverage.
• On Call: Provides most of work-life balance offering a 5-6 24-hour shifts ina month call rotation working alongside a neonatal fellow, NNP, PA providing Delivery Room coverage, antenatal consults, Pediatric ER consults as needed, and supervision of NP/PA or fellow managing NICU patients.

Requirements:
• Board certification or eligibility from the appropriate specialty or subspecialty board
• A Medical degree and the successful completion of ACGME or AOA Residency and Fellowship
• Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance
• MD or DO license in the State of New Jersey
• CDS and DEA license required


Full-time compensation at Saint Peter's Healthcare System ranges from 125,000.00 - 750,000.00 USD, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality.
