Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for an indefinite temporary opportunity in Las Vegas, NV within the gaming manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced production and distribution environment supporting shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and preparation of gaming machines and parts.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in keeping inventory organized, shipments accurate, and warehouse operations running smoothly. This opportunity offers a team-oriented environment where attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic are valued. Candidates who enjoy physical work, organized processes, and collaborating with warehouse and assembly teams can be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including preparing products and parts for outbound shipment.
- Pull inventory, including machines and parts, according to order requirements.
- Bubble wrap machines and secure items onto pallets for safe transport.
- Create shipping labels and assist with accurate shipment documentation.
- Conduct manual inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with assembly-related tasks as needed to support production and warehouse workflow.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $19.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Indefinite Temporary with the possibility of conversion

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support shipping and receiving operations for machines, parts, and warehouse materials.
- Pull, prepare, wrap, palletize, and label inventory for shipment.
- Perform manual inventory counts and assist with warehouse organization.
- Provide support to assembly teams as needed.

- 3-5 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or related logistics experience.
- Ability to safely handle, move, wrap, and palletize warehouse materials.
- Basic understanding of shipping labels, inventory counts, and warehouse documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, physically active warehouse environment.
- Use of pallet jacks and 2-wheel dollies.
- Dependable team player with good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in warehouse, forklift and pallet jack operation, shipping & receiving, use of WMS software in a production environment.
- Previous experience in a gaming environment is highly desired.
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory processes and basic shipping systems.
