Responsibilities
Counties Served: Mecklenburg County, Catawba County, Cabarrus County, Hickory County, Iredell County, Lincoln County, Salisbury County and surrounding counties
Duties include:
- CNA / HHA Certification Preferred
- Assisting with personal care tasks (grooming, bathing, dressing)
- Administering medication reminders
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Meal Prep
- Performing light housekeeping
- Monitoring health conditions
- Running errands
- Maintaining records
- Attending mandatory PCA training.
- The role requires knowledge of personal care, skills in communication, time management, and problem-solving. Previous experience is preferred, and good physical and mental health is necessary to meet the demands of the position.
Pre-screening requirements:
- Must be willing to complete a TB test
- Must be willing to complete background checks
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to provide at least 2 PROFESSIONAL references
