As a Construction Manager, Work Package Owner (WPO), you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. Here's what you'll need • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree• 8+ years of construction management experience on large industrial, Life Sciences projects preferred. • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.• Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution.• Ability to manage scope of work from the initial Bid Phase, through Execution, turnover, and close out of the Subcontract• Experience in monitoring project budgets to ensure project requirements are met.
