- Specialty: UrologyStart Date: 5/10/2026Contract Length:Shift Details: 8-5 PM M-F- mix of hospital rounds, OR and clinic NO night time or weekend callSchedule: 8-5 M-FWork Details:May 11-15 covering daytime callMay 26-29June 1-5 covering daytime call June 8-12 June 29-July 2 (Holiday July 3)July 6-10 (2 providers- one daytime call and one for clinic/OR)August 3-7 August 17-21 (2 providers- one daytime call and one for clinic/OR)Aug 31- Sept 4Sept 8-11Sept 14-18- (2 providers)Sept 21-25- (2 providers)Sept 28-Oct 2Support Staff: 3 Medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, practice managerAmount of Coverage Needed per Month: coverage for 6 weeks each month.
- Patients per day: 40-70Patient Population/Age: no pedsDepartment Description: Urology office with newer renovation.
- 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms.
- Long tenured staff.
- EMR: EPICHospital Bed size: 73Special Procedures:Skills Required: general urologyPractice Setting: (pick as many as needed)Academic/TrainingAmbulatory Surgery CenterClinic/Private PracticeCorporate/Non-ClinicalHospital-Long-Term Care/FacilityTelemedicineRequirements:Board Certification: eligible License Required: PADEA: PACertifications Preferred: Certifications Required: Minimum Experience Required: 5 yearsCredentialing Timeframe: less than 90 days, temps with clean file.
