Unarmed Security Officer

About the Job We are seeking a dependable, professional Unarmed Security Officer to protect an industrial outdoor storage facility and distribution site. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through proactive patrols, access control, surveillance, and incident response. Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Morning, swing, and graveyard shifts Responsibilities:
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the property.
- Monitor gate access.
- Maintain detailed incident and activity reports.
- Respond promptly to alarms, suspicious activity, emergencies, and security incidents.
- Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
- Coordinate with site management and law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the facility.
- Valid Security Guard License (required).
- Minimum 2 years security experience preferred.
- Professional demeanor and strong report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Experience securing industrial facilities, warehouses, logistics centers, distribution facilities, or container yards.
