An established hospital owned Primary Care practice located in Western Indiana is booming with growth! They recently completed an expansion of their Health Center which cost over $4 million. This is an exceptional 100% outpatient opportunity to join 5 respected providers enjoying a Monday through Friday schedule. You will have a voice in this organization and a work life balance that physicians seek their entire career to find!

The ideal candidate is a BC/BE Family Medicine physician - practicing providers and new graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

- 100% Outpatient
- Monday thru Friday = NO WEEKENDS
- 8am to 5pm
- Moderate patient per day volume
- Call is phone only and so light volume that it's 1 week on, 10 to 12 weeks off
- Salary up of $245k
- NHSC and PSLF Student Loan Repayment Available
