About the Role:

Provide companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services (such as bathing and dressing) to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, and using the bathroom
Promote independence, dignity, and well-being of clients while also providing emotional support and companionship
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a smooth care experience
Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Responsibilities:

Provide in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults, as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including any challenges or concerns
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and their families
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations
