- Certifications: RD/RDN
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Flu Vaccine: Required (no exemptions)
- Special Requirements: EPIC experience preferred
- No weekend, floating, or on-call requirements
- Active license required at submission
- No scheduling requests accommodated
