Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in Data Center Construction to lead large-scale, mission-critical projects from design through commissioning, turnover, and warranty support. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end construction project delivery from planning through project closeout. Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, contracts, and risk mitigation. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, and operations stakeholders. Conduct site walks, monitor construction progress, and ensure safety and quality compliance. Drive procurement, commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness activities. Present project updates and reports to executive leadership. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects. 8+ years of experience in project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, cost forecasting, risk management, and contract administration. Experience managing stakeholders across design, construction, commissioning, and operations teams. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
