BCBA Position – Full-Time or Part-Time (Hybrid)Position OverviewMajestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to individuals with autism and their families throughout North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants meaningful work, flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team that values clinical expertise and work-life balance.Location: North Carolina Job Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeWork Setting: Hybrid (Client visits as needed)Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 + BCBA bonus opportunitiesResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plansDevelop and oversee evidence-based ABA programs tailored to each client's strengths, needs, and goalsMonitor client progress through data collection and analysis and adjust treatment plans as neededProvide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment programsSupervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior TechniciansReview session documentation and provide timely feedback to support quality careTravel to client sites to provide home- and school-based visits and clinical supportProvide caregiver training and partner with families to promote skill development and generalizationCollaborate with families, schools, service providers, and other members of the client's care team as appropriateMaintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company, payer, and BACB requirementsUphold the highest standards of ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based careQualificationsMaster's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldActive BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Minimum one (1) year of BCBA experience preferredCurrent CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtainSuccessful completion of required background checksReliable transportation for community-based servicesStrong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skillsPassion for supporting individuals with autism and their familiesCommitment to ethical and evidence-based ABA practiceCompensation & Benefits$125,000-$140,000, based on experience and qualificationsBCBA bonus opportunitiesStudent loan repayment options for eligible employeesFlexible full-time and part-time schedulingSustainable caseloads designed to support quality clinical careIn-home and hybrid work options where availableSupportive clinical leadership and a collaborative team environmentProfessional growth and development opportunitiesAbout the EmployerMajestic Care ABA is a mission-driven ABA organization dedicated to helping individuals with autism and their families build meaningful skills, greater independence, and fulfilling lives.
