[Responsibilities]

- Execute mechanical assembly and sample builds, including chemical mixing, heat forming, coating application, and lubrication of medical components such as catheters and guidewires
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized manufacturing equipment and tools
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets stringent quality specifications and SOPs
- Photograph, characterize, and prepare samples for conditioning and testing as directed by engineering leads
- Accurately document processes and results, maintaining compliance with all safety and quality guidelines
- Identify and report abnormalities or equipment issues promptly to prevent non-conforming products
- Rotate into various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in mechanical assembly and chemical mixing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to protocols
- Able to read, interpret, and comprehend written specifications in English
- Comfortable using basic measurement tools (microscopes, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible or extended hours as required
- Effective communicator and strong team player
- Physically capable of standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs

[Preferred Skills]

- Prior experience in mechanical build and assembly of medical devices
- Experience with chemical formulation/mixing in a regulated environment
- Demonstrated initiative in asking clarifying questions and addressing abnormal findings
