Injection Molding Process Engineer

An established manufacturer is looking to add a hands-on Process Engineer to support injection molding operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is focused on execution. Troubleshooting, process stability, and making molding processes run consistently on the floor, not sitting behind a desk. What this role focuses on Developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust injection molding processes Scientific molding and process window development Supporting validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ Troubleshooting scrap, cosmetic issues, dimensional variation, and cycle time Partnering closely with tooling, quality, and production teams Supporting new product launches and process transfers as needed Background that fits well 4+ years of Hands-on Injection Molding Processing Experience Strong hands-on troubleshooting and process optimization skills BS in Engineering preferred, but experience will be considering in lieu of education.
