Start Date: September 28, 2026

Schedule: Rotating through Labor and Delivery, Triage, and Mother Baby postpartum care; Call hours typically 16-20 hours per 6-week schedule, with option to pick up additional weekend and weekday shifts in lieu of call

Highlights:

• LDRP model with rotation through all roles including Labor, Triage, and Postpartum care
• Postpartum assignment: 3-4 couplets; Labor assignment: 1-2 patients
• EPIC charting system utilized throughout unit
• 32-bed maternity unit with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• 12-hour orientation provided; annual continuing education modules completed through Relias/Net Learning portal
• Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations including neonates, adolescents, and adults

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of LDRP or Labor and Delivery experience required
• EPIC charting system experience preferred
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced), and FHM (NCC also accepted)
• OB surgical recovery experience (C-section) highly preferred
• Must be comfortable rotating between Labor, Triage, and Mother Baby postpartum roles
• Previous charge experience preferred
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (no exemptions)
• Candidates must reside outside 50-mile local radius
