Overview The Chief Financial Officer provides strategic financial leadership and efficient fiscal management for the district. The Finance & Budget Department is responsible for supporting principals and administrators in managing their departments’ resource allocations as effectively and efficiently as possible. The department leads the annual budget development process, engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and a budget that aligns with the priorities of the district. Under the leadership of the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance & Budget Office includes budget management, accounting, payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, and grants management.
