Campaign Assistant

This is an on-site position based in New York, NY . Remote and hybrid working are not available Campaigns rarely look the same from one week to the next, especially when you're working across different brands and industries. We're recruiting a Campaign Assistant to support the planning and delivery of client campaigns throughout New York. You'll work alongside experienced Campaign Managers, helping coordinate projects for businesses operating across sectors including retail, consumer services, hospitality, technology, and professional services. The role will involve: Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of multiple marketing and promotional campaigns Working alongside Campaign Managers to keep projects on schedule Supporting campaign launches and ensuring materials are prepared ahead of deadlines Monitoring campaign progress and reporting updates to the wider team Liaising with colleagues across different departments to coordinate campaign activity Preparing campaign documentation, reports, and administrative support where required Attending campaign briefings, planning meetings, and client updates Helping ensure campaigns are delivered to agreed timelines and quality standards You’ll be supporting a varied portfolio of clients, which means you'll quickly become familiar with different industries, business objectives, and campaign requirements. It's a role that offers plenty of variety and exposure to different ways businesses promote their products and services. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organised, managing multiple priorities, and working in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep track of moving deadlines will all help you succeed in this position.
