IT Procurement Coordinator (Part-Time)

Maximum of 20 hours a week - 5 days a week / 4 hours a day - Monday-Friday mornings - 8AM-12PM EST (preferred) - some flexibility with 30 min/1 hour start /end time. *Would be nice if candidate is local and able to come into office Wednesday mornings. Pay Rate: $35 - $39.29/hour. W2 only Duties Ability to review and assess contracts for risk and know when to elevate as needed. Must be able to effectively lead contract process and work collaboratively both internally and externally. Requires excellent time management skills and ability to influence others to keep projects on time. Capability to understand and interpret requests for contracts, evaluate and analyze costs and data, handle problems, understand business requirements and developed purchasing skills is required. Must be capable of working well in team situations and with a variety of internal customers and outside suppliers, as well as internal functional stakeholders. Capability to manage multiple priorities, organize complex documents, and resolve issue creatively is required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of IT contracts experience is required. Must possess efficient analytical skills; attention to document detail, diligently follow up on many items that are simultaneously in various stages of completion, ensuring contracts and orders are not delayed internally. Must possess an understanding of contracts and business, legal & financial terms and conditions including business specific requirements (i.e. tax, language, government, etc.).
