Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics/school-based settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and tailored therapy to K–12 students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and contribute to student evaluations
- Support inclusion and student participation in classroom and school activities
- Provide consultation and strategies to educators and families to maximize student success
