OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. In this on-site role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one interventions that promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and educate residents and caregivers on adaptive strategies.
