Retail Store Manager

A leading specialty retail organization serving public safety, military, government, and essential service professionals is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail operation. This position oversees both customer-facing and operational functions while maintaining accountability for profit and loss, revenue growth, market performance, and overall store success. Primary Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a store team typically consisting of 6-12 employees. Manage all aspects of retail operations, including front-of-house sales and back-of-house production, warehouse, and fulfillment activities. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and execute operational strategies. Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure exceptional customer experiences and service delivery. Drive sales, margin, profitability, and operational performance objectives. Develop annual business plans and provide ongoing updates, forecasts, and recommendations. Participate in recruiting, hiring, performance management, and employee development. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Proven ability to successfully manage all aspects of a retail operation. Previous Store Manager, General Manager, or equivalent leadership experience required. Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated responsibility for profitability and operational results. Technically proficient with the ability to learn new systems and technologies. Customer-focused leadership style with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Experience in public safety, tactical, uniform, military, government, industrial, or related markets preferred.
