Job Summary:

The Analyst serves as a key liaison among stakeholders, analyzing, communicating, and validating requirements for complex changes in business processes and information systems. This role requires a deep understanding of business challenges and opportunities within an enterprise context, providing solutions that align with organizational goals while managing risk. The Analyst may also facilitate group sessions related to analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to enhance business processes and system functionalities.
• Document business needs, workflows, and system requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to validate and refine business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and risk management strategies.
• Support project teams in delivering solutions that meet business needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).
• Experience in business process re-engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
