Senior Pricing Analyst – McKesson Specialty/Provider Solutions Senior Pricing Analyst role supports the McKesson Provider Solutions organization within O&M. Responsibilities include analyzing pricing and profitability reports for products and customers, building strategic pricing plans, and providing financial decision‑making support. Reports to the Senior Manager of Multispecialty Provider Pricing. Key Responsibilities Manage pricing for Multispecialty or Oncology customers by analyzing and approving price requests for the sales group. Financial analysis of product and customer profitability. Provide leadership and innovation for process improvements. Prepare and distribute Pricing reports to Sales and Finance leadership. Gather and analyze data to prepare customer pricing. Support the Senior Pricing Manager in key pricing initiatives to drive profitability. Build effective cross‑functional relationships within Marketing, Finance, Sales, Contract Management, etc. Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. BS/BA in Finance or related field. 4+ years in a pricing or analytical capacity or similar financial analysis. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of finance practices is a plus. Healthcare experience not required but a plus. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and complex spreadsheet development. Experience with SAP software would be a plus. Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and professional communication skills. Compensation Base salary range: $74,900 – $124,800 per year, with 5% MIP. Total rewards may include an annual bonus and long‑term incentive opportunities.
