Restaurant General Manager If you’re looking for a management opportunity where you can add a touch of magic to everything you do, and you have 3‑5+ years of current full‑service restaurant manager experience, we would like to hear from you! Must be at least 21 years of age. Responsibilities Manage all restaurant managers and oversee back‑of‑house/kitchen and front‑of‑house/service teams. Lead full‑operations management and act as the senior restaurant leader. Hold P&L responsibility and operating partner/leadership duties. Qualifications 1‑3+ years of Restaurant Manager experience. 1+ year of full‑service Restaurant GM experience. Dedication to developing hourly & management team members. P&L responsibility.
