If you have a passion for problem-solving and a knack for hands-on work, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal equipment performance.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics and Blueprints.480v and 3 phase motorsGearboxes, Bearings, conveyors, high speed packaging.Preventive Maintenance.Plc, VFD troubleshootingExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.You should be proficient in:120/208/240/480 Voltage SystemsElectrical RepairEnvironmental Protection Agency (EPA) CertificationPneumatics TroubleshootingMaintenance and Repair SkillsIndustrial Electrical ExperienceIndustrial Electrical SystemsHydraulic Systems & ComponentsElectrical Systems & Diagnostics (Heavy Equipment)Mechanical Systems & Component RepairMachine Safety InspectionsMachines & technologies you'll use:Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)Conveyor SystemsServo Motors #J-18808-Ljbffr
