• Type of staff: Day Shift RN and CNAs on most units Night Shift RNs and CNAs on most units
• Patient Ratios: 1:5 days and nights varies between units - Estimated & never Guaranteed
• Types of equipment: various EMR Meditech / CPN

Typical hiring profile:

• Skill Set: Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
• Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care Telemetry hospital experience BLS & ACLS
• Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Strong Tele experience Nice to Have- Chemo Certification (would be able to schedule on our Oncology unit)
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Varies between units Large Cardiac Population with 2 Tele floors and a PCU floor Floating to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units
