• Full-time preferred, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with an option for a four-day workweek
• Manage a patient load of 12 to 16 individuals daily
• Work in an outpatient clinic environment
• Focus on adult patients aged 60 and above
• No procedures are necessary unless the provider chooses to participate
• Provide coverage for departing providers, with the possibility of extension
