What You'll Do:

• Provide quality nursing care to laboring and delivering patients in a high-volume unit
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
• Respond swiftly to patient needs and emergencies

What You Need:

• Current Louisiana RN license or eligibility
• 4+ years of labor and delivery nursing experience
• Valid certifications: ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP
• Strong assessment skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
