FLEX Nurse Practitioner, EAT Center (20 hours)

The Esophageal and Airway Treatment Center (EAT) center meets the needs of infants, children, and young adults with complex esophageal and airway issues. *This position is a flex position which will also cover ambulatory EAT and then flex to other surgical and procedural areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing patient triage/chart review to facilitate needed procedures and clinical supports for patients and families with medical needs ranging from acute to chronic.
• Conducting patient/family in person and virtual visits inclusive of patient histories, psychosocial histories, health status, and medical problems or potential problems.
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Working 20 hours per week including 8,10- and 12-hour day/evening shifts M-F

Minimum Qualifications Education: * A Master of Science in Nursing Experience:

• 1-3 years of RN/NP acute (hospital) experience required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Licensure/ Certifications:

• MA licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
