Job Description

• Enforce site-specific safety plans in accordance with OSHA and USACE/NAVFAC standards
• Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments
• Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, and incident investigations
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and enforce corrective actions
• Maintain all safety documentation, logs, and reports
• Coordinate with project teams to proactively mitigate hazards
• Ensure PPE compliance and safe work practices across all trades
• Respond to incidents and prepare detailed reports and root cause analysis

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of construction safety experience (federal/commercial preferred)
• OSHA 30 required (OSHA 500 preferred)
• Experience with EM 385-1-1 strongly preferred
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Ability to work 2nd shift consistently
• Strong communication and enforcement skills
