Sr. Manager Quality Systems Compliance

Senior Manager responsible for establishing quality and regulatory compliance readiness across Waters organization. The role monitors compliance risks, manages regulatory and standards processes, and drives continuous improvement through governance and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emerging regulatory and quality compliance trends; communicate insights across organization
• Lead development of strategies and tools to ensure effective compliance execution and monitoring
• Provide leadership and escalate quality and regulatory compliance risks to senior leadership
• Oversee compliance scan activities including data collection, analysis, and reporting across sites
• Support implementation of global quality initiatives and change management plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
• 8+ years in regulated industries (medical devices, IVDs, pharmaceuticals, biologics)
• Experience managing quality, regulatory, and compliance operations
• Process excellence certification preferred (SSGB, lean, or equivalent)
• Strong influencing and project management skills in matrix environment
• Proficiency with analytical tools and software systems
