Licensed Assistant Salon Manager

Sport Clips Haircuts in Goldsboro is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination

• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture

• Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services
  What We're Looking For
• Active NC Cosmetology License

• Experience as a hair stylist (men's cutting preferred)
• Passion for customer service and team development

• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
