Starting at $21.65/hr ($19.65 + $2.00 shift differential)

• $19.65/hr base + $2.00/hr 3rd‑shift differential.
• Automatic pay increases at 3 months and 6 months.

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Team Member, you’ll work as part of a team assembling high‑quality windows and doors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Rotating between different production lines and job functions.
• Learning and performing repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Operating tools and equipment while following production instructions.
• Working safely around moving equipment.
• Meeting quality, safety, and production standards every shift.
• Supporting team goals through flexibility and teamwork.
  

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift.

• Sunday – Wednesday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM.

  • 10‑hour shifts.
  • Overtime on Thursdays as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass required pre‑employment testing and work‑ability screen.
• Ability to consistently perform heavy lifting as part of daily job duties.
• Willingness to learn, rotate jobs, and work as part of a team.
