Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Schedule: Monday to Friday - Day shift (no weekends or on-call requirements) Setting: Outpatient

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages, from infants to adults. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
• Obtain detailed patient histories, including medical, family, and social backgrounds
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments
• Order, interpret, and perform diagnostic tests, screenings, and lab procedures
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and administer injections in accordance with medical guidelines
• Perform minor in-office procedures (e.g., laceration repair)

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Active and unrestricted license to practice in the state of New York
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Current DEA license
• Must be an Individual Medicaid Provider
• Minimum of 1-2 years of outpatient clinical experience
• Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) preferred but not required
