Equipment Operator Location: Milwaukee / Kewaskum, WI Starting Pay: $27.00/hour Pay Range: Up to $30.00/hour with maintenance and welding experience Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in the Milwaukee/Kewaskum area. This position will operate a variety of heavy equipment while assisting the Location Manager with daily operations, general labor, and other tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities Safely operate equipment including: Cranes Loaders Mobile shears Forklifts Load, unload, move, and process materials Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed Assist the Location Manager with day-to-day operations Perform general labor duties outside of equipment operation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with other duties and projects as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
